I noticed that my credit reports are always reporting my Amex and Chase card balances as the same number; this number is the balance on my Chase card, so they are incorrectly reporting my Amex balance. Now this was not to bad when my Amex balance ($1960 :eek: ) was higher then the Chase balance but now that my Amex balance is $-7 this is hurting my score due to % of usage being higher then it actually is, I guess I will send the dispute, but has anyone ever had this happen and how did you resolve it?
