how do you remove tax liens/judgements?

jayb said: "it should only be on there for 7 years. dispute with the CRA's as obsolete. now they can re up judgments every 10 years or various between states... but it should only be on your reports for 7 years. i dont believe they can keep it past 7 years even if they renew the judgment."
