Alot more will see your posts and you will get better responses......but no...the cc companies cannot legally collect on a debt once it is out of the SOL for your state."

1. was he an authorized user or responsible party?
2. If he was not either.. did you file a police report?
3. If he took them and they were yours.. did you ever file fraud??"
