I have been using Turbotax for the past three years and I really really love it. This is a whole lot easier then doing them yourself pen to form, which I have done. All you have to do is buy it every year, I think I get mine at Walmart for around $30 and once you enter all of your information the first year (address, ssn, dependants, spouse information, etc.) it will go back to your hard drive every year afterwards and retrieve this information so you do not have to enter it all again. It tells you in detail exactly what you need to enter and even tells you if you should itemize or use the standard deduction. This year it grabbed all my information I entered my 1099 ints etc. and my w-2's specific to this year and blamo printed the taxes for state and federal. It only took me maybe 10 minutes to complete all my taxes and I had them mailed off the same day I got our w-2's (1/31) and the refund checks are already in the bank. Mine went faster then friends I know who went to HR Block. I don't like that place though, people off the streets doing my taxes, no thanks, no to mention how unprofessional is it to hand out scratch offs in a financial institution and press people to take a rapid refund so you can steal half of their refund. I love Turbotax. Well then why don't you marry it? I might. :D"

Another really great service they offer is called the Tax Freedom Project (I think). It's a way for people who earn under 50 or 55k to do their Federal tax return for free......Here is the link below. http://www.taxfreedom.com/"
