From Derogatory to Delinquent(Paid)From Derogatory to Delinquent(Paid)

I subscribe to truecredit alerting system and I received an alert for two student loans that I had in dispute that were paid through garnishment. TU had 3 TL's open and derogatory. Today that changed from derogatory to delinquent(paid through collections).
My question is three fold. 1. I am assuming that this is correct and better than derogatory right? 2. Will this raise my credit score at all since these accounts have been paid? 3. One student loan was reported in May of 99 and the other in Oct of 99. Does the 7 year timetable still apply, or did I just screw myself by restarting the clock?
Please help me as I think all of this is giving me a nervous breakdown. Thank you all for your help."

I really don't know if it resets the clock especially concerning student loans, Have you got your credit reports, I believe Equifax will show the DOLA. There is a site on creditboards that has a whole forum on this that I go to and check out. You may find a related question there. Sorry couldn't help more.
