My situation is in 5/2001 I filed for 13 BK. The judge dismissed because my attorney did not properly do the paperwork (what ever that means). He then told me to wait 1 year and refile so I did. I refiled in 5/2002 and the judge dismissed it again :eek: ! So from then on I just did nothing. Now on my CR it shows 2 Bk, dismissed, 1 year apart. I thought if a BK is dismissed than it should not show on your CR but I have 2! What steps should I take? Anyone have a good letter that I should send out to get someones attention? Help PLEASE I am at a loss"
