I called twice to have it lowered. They will not budge. I said I got
better offers and they still wont lower the interest rate. I cannot cancel the card or they will charge me $3.50 a month until the card is paid for.
I am trying to get approved for another credit card with a lower interest rate.
Should I keep calling them???"

Pretty frustrating feeling, eh? I've had that happen also. (With Providian). My advice is just keep shopping. Someone will appreciate you more and give you a better interest rate."
