They should only appear once if they were included in bankruptcy."

however...
an OC AND CA can be listed at the same time...just not balances for each
also, most student loans can NOT be IIB"

We have found that some Signature Student loans can be discharged. In our case, I had a signature student loan the very specifically states on all three CRA, plus on my wife's CR (she was the co-signer) "Discharged through BK". The only real issue now is that the original SSSL shows that the loan was transferred. The lender it was transferred to is the one stating "Discharged through BK". With the statement: " Creditor's Statement: Account legally paid in full for less than full balance."
What is the best way to remove the duplicates? Disupte as 'not ours' or 'Dulpicate'?"

This one:
Account Name: Citizens Bank
Account Number: XXXXXXXXXX
Balance: $2,604.00
Past Due: $2,604.00
Payment Status: Charge-off
And then this one, as well:
Account Name: Citizens Bank
Account Number: XXXXXXX (which is different than the above)
Balance: $4,007.00 (I assume this is more due to interest)
Past Due: $4,007.00
Account Status: Collection Account
Now, I see one is the original bank account and the other is the collection account. I guess I don't understand why it would be listed twice. It makes it look like I owe $6,611 - but I'd only owe the $4,007, right?
There are at least three different accounts like this listed. So instead of 3 negative accounts, it shows 6. I don't know much about credit reports, obviously, so I wanted to get this straight.
Thanks, in advance, for any clarity.

They may not be duplicates. I have a rehabed loan with sallymae. I make one payment but I actualy have 3 loans. On my credit report it looks like duplicate loans."
