I rember when I quit my job and went to a lower paying job and then got in to a car accident. I was unable to pay my bills and just quit paying them. I never did get arround to doing a bankruptcy. Well I stuck my head in the sand and now just starting to get my head out now (almost 7 years later). Low and behold SOL has run out on everthing that I owed. Just about everthing should drop and no bankruptcy on my record. :) I'm not recomending you do that but when you don't have a choise what else is there to do? Also I did not own any property so there was nothing to put a lean on. The only thing that I have restarted paying was my student loans. Had to."
