DonM said: "I am having a lot of problems with Experian. They dont want to delete addresses. My Ex wifes address, and other addresses which have never been mine, and some variations of former addresses, are listed on my CR.
I have sent a letter requesting deletion, They replied and didnt delete anything( they said they stored the information that was sent to them from the creditors).
I sent another letter asking for specific procedures used in my specific dispute--NOT a form letter--- I asked for names, addresses, phone #'s of the verifying parties, for each item disputed. I received a reply stating that When disputing information, they use an automated verification system. They never gave me any specifics that I asked for.
NOW I AM PISSED OFF. I am calling them First thing Monday morning.
Am I wrong in wanting my credit report accurate ?? Should they delete what I am disputing?? Should they have told me which tradeline these were tied to ??"
