Account is Not Mine Letter
If there are accounts on your credit report that don't belong to you, you can dispute these items using a "Not Mine" Dispute Letter.
Here is an example. You will want to be sure to include your name, address, and date when using this letter.
To whom it may concern, I have recently acquired a current copy of my consumer credit report. After carefully reviewing it's contents I have found that there is inaccurate information being reported.
