Default Loan Request Denied
i am trying to a loan application. This is the comments or reason for denied.

1. PAST OR PRESENT DELINQUENT ACCT(S)
2. LENGTH OF TIME ACCTS ESTABLISHED
3. TD LTR WITH CB AND REASON CODES
4. TOO FEW ACCTS PAID AS AGREED

I don't understand 2, 3 and 4
Can somebody help me?
