cerdit on private & student loan

Hi when I want to tell you my experience about credit card, when I was not employed , i didn’t pay my federal and private student loans I consolidated federal loan. But when I pay my payments through a private loan, I was said that my whole balance is listed as illegitimate on my credit report. Tell me what to do, what are the assorted ways of making the private loan out of non-payment and how can I get back to original ways on restoring my credit and payments. Because this has been a trouble for me for the past 3 months. Help and advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
