Default Bad credit is for complete losers

Now hopefully I wont offend anyones feelings here but I have to tell you: I dont think people should be able to get out of paying their bills.

I have had a job for 20 years and always paid my bills on time. You know why? Because I live within my means.

Now a lot of you folks go out there and spend more than you can afford to and :):):):)t crying to have someone help you out.

That just aint the American way. The right way is to pay your debts that you rightfully owe.

I totally disagree. Bad things happen to good people. You have just been lucky that you didnt lose a job or get divorced. All kinds of things can happen to people that would cause them to lose money.

Angry Ignorance

We are all ignorant to something. Its like falling in love for the first time,...you learn from your mistakes. Credit is the same way,...but sometimes you are the victim. For instance, what will a 18 or 19 year old freshman in undergraduate school do with a credit card and they no notyhing about saving nor creating and maintaing good credit, but they will offer you a 2000 $ credit limit. What kind of moral is that or is it a game directed towards a vulnerable person like prey to a snake. Its dirty tactics and the problem is that once yopu screw up once you pay for it for the rest of your life because you are ignorant because you are unaware of your rights as a consumer.

No question that the credit card companies target all kinds of people who can ill afford the credit.

They do it because they know they will run into problems and have to pay out extra.

That is a fact. So I feel there are victims of credit companies and it isnt always the consumers fault.

Okay okay. Maybe an 18 year old or 19 year old is a bad example.

How about anyone over 25 who cant pay the bills that they signed up for is a loser then?

You cant use the "he's a kid" excuse then.

What about 55 year old people who go bankrupt? What possible excuse do they have? NONE!

I think that people aren't atught how to use credit responsibly and they are victims of wanting to get everything they want the minute they decide they want it. Credit cards make this easily available to them and they don't think about the long term affects, or how they are ever going to pay the stuff off.

It's more like an impulse buy with no planning ahead of time. Add the availability of things like second mortgages and people are living way beyond their means.. until it all catches up with them later.

Having cash in the bank is better than having a bunch of credit cards with balances due.
